I booked to stay at this hotel because my Nephew was staying there for a few days and he was taken ill. i arrived to make arrangements to get him back to the UK.
The front desk staff could not have been more helpful, flexible and supportive throughout this difficult process.

Overall, the hotel is not bad, but not good as well. The location is also a little bit far from Alexandrplatz. Rooms are noisy and its a little bit difficult to sleep
well. And if you really wanna stay this hotel, i’d recommend to get just room without breakfast.
Breakfasts are not delicious. There’s a good cafe neighborhood “Schafers” , you can go to breakfast there.
Some of staff members are really rude.
I could not recommend this hotel to anyone, better choose another hotel

Very good place to stay in Berlin. In a quiet location, not too far from the centre of the city, Spittelmarkt station is just round the corner. Clean, friendly hotel would visit again should we go to Berlin in the future.
