We stayed 5 nights here after moving from another hotel. The room is very spacious and clean. The toilet is huge with a bathtub. The staff are very helpful and friendly. While we were waiting for my friend and her family to come down, the staff gave my daughter a Christmas sock with a bell and chocolates inside. It is necessary to walk 10 minutes to subway stations, but it's okay, we enjoyed the walk. The location is at a quieter side compared to other hotels. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to friends and families. I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel again.

The staff provided good service, but the carpet in the room was very old, dusty, and there were very few amenities in the bathroom. Drinking water had to be refilled by yourself from the water cooler next to the elevator, which is not appropriate for a five-star hotel.

I was surprised this is a 5 star hotel. Then I realized the only 5 star worthy in the hotel is their staff. Their staffs are super helpful and friendly! Every single one of them we have encountered in the hotel are absolutely the super star!
The fittings and equipments in the hotel are very dated. The rain shower was leaking cold water while you are in the shower. The toilet paper is probably the cheapest you can get from the streets. We booked harbour view room which was another highlight of the hotel.

I have staying at this property for over 27 years as a Corporate Client excepting 2023 and 2024. I have been very comfortable with the entire staff at the front desk, conceirge and the bell captains and all others.
They are extremely helpful polite and patient with you. The conceirge head this time was Raymond and I had to go to him to him for his advice 4/5 times and he always had the solutions.

The hotel is clean and a perfect option for staying in Kowloon. Loved it very much. The only inconvenience we had during our stay was there was a lot of construction noise outside the boulevard looking to Victoria Bay. But that’s not really under the hotels control.

As always, my stay was amazing with the special care extended by staffs of Residence Club lounge especiall Kathy and Grace. I was assigned my favorite room no.1414 with a brilliant harbour view and have spent the check out date with an excellent hospitality in the lounge as my flight was late in the evening.
