12 Apr 24, air mati dari sekitar jam 05.30 dan sampai komen ini d buat (07.00an) masih belum nyala, gila nih hotel ancur banget air nya, pagi2 kn orang mau bersih2, mandi dan lain2.

Pertama dikasih kamar yang AC ga dingin, kotor. Ga layak huni. Tapi setelah itu dikasih ganti kamar. Maksud saya kalau masih ada yang kosong kenapa tidak lgsg saja diberikan kamar yang kondisinya layak.

SPREI, SELIMUT, sarung bantal dan handuk sdh sangat lusuh dan tdk putih lagi. Air conditioner, LAMPU² & kamar mandi diperiksa total dan perbaiki. Seharusnya pemilik & management investasi lagi utk mengganti semua perlengkapan tsb diatas, minimal sebanyak jumlah kamar sesuai max occupancy rate tertinggi terakhir (paska pandemi). Saat ini kualitas hotel tsb setara max bintang 1, padahal seharusnya berpotensi bintang 3/4.

The hot water suddenly off when we want to shower, we complained until at check out time but the technician who was promised to come didn't come, we were even knocked on our room and asked to immediately check out where we hadn't showered yet. After we complained again we were told to wait again for the technician. We waited for almost 2 hours without any information. Until finally we checked out and showered with very cold water. The service is very unclear. Apart from that so far OK.

It was okay, nothing to complain, suggestion to reinforce the window glasses though, the sound from the roadside it pretty horrible.

For the second I choose this Hotel to do business, so far overall is very well, I am enjoying be here. Thank you Traveloka

Stayed here recently and noticed a decline in standards since my last visit in 2018. Towels had pink stains, room was dusty and humid with an unpleasant odor on arrival. Furniture and bedding seemed outdated and faded. Valet parking was advertised but the valet was never around, and the receptionist seemed unfamiliar with the service. On the positive side, the morning call was punctual and the live music at the sky lounge was enjoyable. Hope to see improvements on my next visit.

It 's just that the toilet is not be clean and the toothpaste provided is only for 1 guest even though the reservation is for 2 guests. Fine is fine. Thank you Traveloka.
