I was surprisingly when I arrived into the house. I thought I rented only one room but since there's no other people to rent so I had full house! Even though with affordable price, this place served basic need any travelers' need such as soap, shampoo, brush and paste also towel. That's all I want because I stayed there only to sleep and rest. The location isn't far from the down town, easy to search and pretty clean as long as every single people who rent are being aware of their role such as put and tidy up your rubbish before you dismiss yourselves, turn off the lights and Air con, etc. I have turned two Air con from two different rooms when I arrived. Also all lights on even though it was day time! This kind of independent rental must works when all third parties (people who rent) can cooperatively and get along to preserve the place.

Hotel room facilities do not exist at all.

Dirty, uncomfortable, cloudy water. Even though it should be cheap, it should still be clean.

The guards are friendly & kind, the place is quite strategic. But unfortunately the hotel service is very lacking. Blankets must be asked for first, the process is not clear, so after complaining, they are given blankets and mineral water. There are no facilities whatsoever. Only a room with a pillow cabinet with 2 sheets but it was really dirty with termites, wood powder, dust, like it wasn't cleaned at all. The water smells not good, there are no bath facilities and towels too. The writing is that there is wifi but in fact there is no such thing as being in the office but the front office doesn't know where. It doesn't really match the photo with the facilities in the application. Thank you for service.

Poorly maintained room cleanliness.

The place is comfortable, quiet, in housing, the air conditioner is cold, the room is very clean. But unfortunately there is no hot water.

The staff is friendly just the bathroom outside, the room is really small.

When entering late at night the front door is open, there are no guards, the room is dirty and not tidy, the floor is dirty. Security is questionable. Occupying themselves on the top floor suddenly someone banged on the door, which was later discovered to be a guard. In my opinion this is still unethical, because it banged on the door without confirmation via telephone even though I was alone in the house inhabiting the upper room while the front door of the house was never locked and there were no guards, it was very dangerous. I learned my lesson and finally did not continue to stay the next night, I prefer to leave the inn because I felt very insecure and uncomfortable.

The fire is blue. That's an indicator that the fire is very hot. But to my surprise, why is CS only guiding from a distance, via telephone. Just input for the lodging crew, please monitor it occasionally for the guests. Check identity. Completeness of marriage certificate if the guest comes in pairs.
