Pros: The accommodation has good location, staffs are nice and breakfast options are okay. Cons:- When we entered the room the first time, the room is not groomed yet and we have to go to the lobby again and complained to switch room.- The room that we stayed is in poor condition, there are cracks on the wall and some wall area is dirty.- Bathroom is in poor condition as well, very dirty. Overall I wouldn't recommend.

The room looks clean and bright. The cleaning service is OK. The breakfast was just OK. The upstand (between wet area dan dry area) was dangerous, easily stumbled. The receptionists were not hospitable. Only one can get 1 access card for the room. The parking was the terrible one, only for around max. 15 cars, will not get parking space if comeback to the hotel more than 7 PM.

So when we want to check in, the room unready to used. And waiting for 30 min. Then the parking space full so they direct us to move to the mall and they said its free, but we paid for parking.

This hotel look like old fashion, the gordein, the corridor and. The room very strong cigarette smell although I already order non smoking room but I don't have it.
