Overall, it's good, but there's a downside in the bathroom. The exhaust fan is right above the toilet, and it smells really bad. Hopefully, they'll fix it.

The location is close to everywhere, the staff is friendly and they let you store your luggage at checkout. 👍 It's nice to have a swimming pool at an affordable price, but I didn't get to try it.
However, it's a shame that when I first entered the room, there was still a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, and the floor also felt a bit dirty. What was disappointing was that the shower didn't have hot water. Even when I moved it to hot, it still didn't heat up.

I didn't try the breakfast, but the hotel was quite comfortable, even though the central lock in room 102 was a bit fussy, so every time I took out the card, I always had to call room service to fix the electricity. I hope Andelir can be better.

Everything was fine. I was just annoyed when the room service knocked on my room at 10 PM to deliver the laundry. It seemed like they didn't have time the next morning. I had already confirmed with the receptionist, a woman wearing glasses, that if the laundry wasn't finished according to schedule (8 PM), they could deliver it the next morning.

The hotel is clean..comfortable, the room is also clean, the staff is friendly, no one resets well, only the food is okay...and the distance to the Simpang Lima monument is quite far if you walk, even though previously we expected it to be close, we could take a leisurely walk from the hotel to the monument.

But unfortunately, my second stay here wasn't as good. I got room 203. 😰
The room needed repairs. The bathroom had small water pipes, the mattress had yellow stains, and the wardrobe was worn out. Asking for a room change wasn't possible, according to the receptionist. 🙏🏻
