Strategic location in the middle of the city. Room was clean and spacious, wifi connection was good enough. The owner is friendly, very recommended!

The room does not match the photos. The apartment building was a bit tricky looking for. Parking must pay a maximum rate (overnight parking) in the courtyard of the building (cannot be compromised unless you want to park outside the court and be willing to walk far away) Apartment rooms look old. AC cold for long. The bathroom had a small cockroach cockroach but the guest room was quite clean. Beds, towels and bed linen smell a bit. The price is expensive. Not recommended.

Parking is the realm of building management, not our authority from the agency, all guests from any agency also pay and there is no problem, and why do you even question parking.

So don't stick with the main picture example.
The AC is also cold and you have also proven it, only you can't wait to get the AC to live cold.

Plus the unit is quite okay, WiFi is fast, there are dispensers, stoves, refrigerators, cooking utensils okay, there is a swimming pool, near the mall, below there is a convenience store, Many hawker centers. The negative is when you enter the unit the smell of cigarettes, please deh, cable TV is only 1 channel, only fox crime, there is a cockroach, I am really scared of cockroaches, one of the pillow cases has a stain, you know it's been washed or not.
