2 Stars Hotels in Cisarua, Puncak

Stayed there in long weekend 10-11 may. They have fire dance for all to watch at 7pm. I purchased the standard room with good price. I thought I would get the old room, but instead, their room is all new furnished, new carpet, new wall paint, new new and new, all fresh and it 's all totally worth! Thank you very much. Oya, my husband had a toothache, the staffs was really helpful, they help me to buy the medicine, so my husband can have good time there. Finally when checked out, we forgot to bring our baby stroller! Again. The staffs was really helpful, they keep it until I get the stroller again using Gojek.

Makanan di restaurant kurang enak rasanya.

With price 1mill above the room facilities not good, no iron, xtra charge for towel, no AC, staff during check in did not explain the hotel facilities, breakfast food variety not much the only good thing is a view.

Letak hotelnya strategis, hotelnya bersih bahkan disetiap area, pegawainya semua ramah2 dan helpful banget. Pesan kamar yg deluxe ada ACnya, ruang tamu terpisah dari ruang bobo'nya, ruang bobo ada 2 bed yg satu double yg satu single, kamar mandinya bersih banget. Mau makan tinggal pesan di foodcourtnya, nasi goreng porsi jumbo enak banget cuma 35rb. Plusnya lagi setiap kendaraan yg ikut menginap mau motor/mobil pasti dicuci bersih abis itu disarungin. Kalau yang cari nyaman, bersih dan pelayanan bagus memang tepat banget nginap disini tapi kalau cari pemandangan mmg bkn disini tempatnya. Overall oke banget ini hotel.

The view is good, but the room is bad. The room is kind of old and the lightning is terrible.
