Nice and clean rooms. But lack of employee so sometime requesting are a bit slow. Restaurant are not 24 hours but location of hotel is very convenient to the mall just opposite the hotel.

Luxury as its name! Excellent service with good price. Clean bathroom, towel, shampoo soap and hairdryer are available. No breakfast but free coffee/tea is good for me. Clean and comfy pod and beautiful interior design. Will come back here again for sure. Thanks

Checking in and out was a breeze! Mr. Indra was very responsive and accommodating towards our inquiries. Very clean apartment, free wifi, tv cables, two ACs, with free snacks (and charged ones, the prices were written clearly and they were super reasonably prized! Simple check in system, the corner room was nice, spacious, neat and clean. Breakfast/sahoor menu was standard. Great location (mall, atm, store).

The staff lied about laundry facility. They said it was available express service for 3 hours but they put my laundry more than a day so I can't wear my clothes at that day which was terrible and dissapointing 😭👎.
