Good brand not value for the money. Hotel need super extra maintenance. A lot of things in rooms need proper cleaning and upgrade.

Drinking is not provided in the room, even though this is a star hotel. If the reason is plastic waste, star hotels should be able to provide bottled mineral water. Even worse, the mineral water that we have to take outside the room, it turns out to be empty. The phone to the hotel is not answered, after submitting a complaint regarding water, it is not immediately filled.

The room is very comfortable, spacious and clean. Breakfast also great, the food is good and got variety of food. Customer service and staff also good. However, please make sure the room is ready before guest come to check in. My experience I arrived at 2.15pm and need to wait till 3 pm due to room not ready yet. You cannot ask guest to wait for a long time. Moreover, please make sure all elevator function well. Elevator is small and only 2 elevator function. I need to wait for a long time just for the elevator got space.

Room is declared as non smoking but it was a smoking one. I get allergic to smoke and my husband is a smoker. So we know all the smell are all around the room. For breakfast, there was a request for us to pay additional for my child. There was no notification during booking, check in. And the restaurant cannot show the formal announcement or letter from the hotel that we have to pay additional cost. We book room + breakfast. Not room only or walk in breakfast. Totally different from other other hotel we've stayed during this holiday!

We have read your detailed review of our hotel and allow me to apologize for the inconvenience caused. We realize that this is not exactly what you expected.
We have recorded all the reviews that you have conveyed and brought them to our hotel's internal meeting so that they can be followed up so that they can be repaired.
And as information that we have 2 types of room floors, smoking floors and non-smoking floors, while non-smoking rooms have 5 floors (7th, 9th, 10th, 12th and 16th floors) including the room you occupy on the 9th floor with room no. 906. There are 3 floors for smoking rooms it is floors 8, 11 and 15.
And for breakfast, according to what is on your voucher, that includes breakfast for 2 people, and if there are additional children, they will be charged according to age and hotel policies as below.
0 - 5 years free
6 - 12 years 50% of the adult price
Over 12 years old, the price is normal like the adult price.
Once again, we do apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to see you again when you return to Madiun and of course with better service from us.
