Spacious room. Good services from the staffs. We stayed here during emergency PPKM, so the breakfast was delivered to our room. Swimming pool still can be used but we prefer not to.

Nice and convenience stay, food and swimming is good. However, check in quite long, and request for extra bed quite some time they just send to us.

There was weird brown stain on the towel. When I wanted to ask for replacement to housekeeping, the phone wasn't working! Decided to go to front desk directly but the door cannot be closed from outside! Packed my bag immediately and complained, they changed my room but the phone still wasn't working, the water faucet lose. Finally, decided to check out and changed hotel the next morning. Can't stand to stay there any longer!

I used to staying at FaveHotel Pluit but occasionally chosen Aston Pluit with guests accompanied. Great hotels with perfect location and Budget costs. Friendly staffs upon check in as well as room services. Great breakfast!

At check-in we were asked to wait 15 minutes even though it was already 14:00 more than the reason the room was cleaned right the waiting time became 30 minutes which was very annoying, it would not be possible to return to that hotel again next time.

Check in was definitely NOT a pleasant experience. As I arrive at the reception, the guy seemed to be annoyed with my arrival. He didn't greet me, didn't welcome me, he just ask "bisa dibantu bu?" He took his sweet time moving from one computer to another, and didn't bother to do things faster. I was tired as it was already 10:30PM, but he kept looking at his computer as if he's trying to figure out the solution for the war in Ukraine. I finally got my key, he hesitantly explain the room location and when I ask about the parking regulations, he said that I should go to the security. But then he changed his mind and offered to help, but after taking a step or two he changed his mind again and hesitated. So I decided to go see the security by myself and thank goodness, the security staff was far more helpful, friendly and communicative even though they were super busy. The parking lot was narrow and frankly speaking, I think it was designed for cars with sliding doors. Because if you park your car within the lines you'd find yourself unable to open the car door let alone exiting the car. Check out was a breeze, the girl reception was cheerful and friendly, loved her morning spirit. The other staffs seemed to be friendly so maybe I was not lucky during my check in. The room looked tired, needs a face lift, the pillows are old and hard, they need to be changed, the pillow top was a joke, didn't feel right. Cleanliness needs to be upgraded.

The hotel staffs are really great with their job, always ready to help and very polite. The AC was cold, the view from room window was superb. However, there are some minor inconveniences in our room. Some dusty floor and corner. And there is not shower in the bathroom. The elevator was also slow and packed. At the end, we had a pleasant stay here thanks to all the helpful staffs.
