The reception staff is not very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was included in the room rate, she insisted that it was not. We specifically chose a double bed through the application, we also clarified at the reception, but in the end the staff gave us two separate beds. The sound insulation in the room is very poor, you can hear the man snoring behind the wall. We stayed in room 217.

Ga ada amdk, mau minum masak air dulu, ga ada tisu, ruangannya sempit, hotel jauh dari mana², cari makan jalan minimal 600 m, baru masuk hotel agak bau pesing, telepon rusak. Hotel lumayan bersih.

The second time I stayed at Azana Style Hotel, in January 2024, there were quite a few changes from my first stay when the hotel had just opened, and the service was still excellent, with free shuttle service to the airport at that time. During my second stay, there were noticeable changes. The lobby had been moved to the ground floor, and there were no Room Boys to assist with luggage. There were no security guards either. The room had a slight smell of cigarette smoke, and there were no windows that could be opened. The hotel was quite crowded with many people coming and going. However, the room was fairly spacious, especially for a single occupancy. Breakfast consisted of fried rice served in a box. If you needed a shuttle service outside the scheduled times, it would cost around 150,000.

First of all, the reception didn't honest to guess, I pay for deluxe room with 20 m2, but she gave me Superior room 15 m2. When I return to reception for confirmation, in the beginning she claimed the room is deluxe. When I insist she said already fully booked but at the end she said there are bigger room but only about 2 m2 different? So how many room types are there? Please don't lie to your guess. Buffet breakfast set in 2 separate rooms food and drinks are separated, so have to go backward forward to get drinks which located at the bar which is also a smoking area. The staffs at breakfast room do their best to provide good service, when they see more guess and no tables, they prepare additional tables and chairs, so does with the food. Well done. Overall for budget hotel, it's OK if you are not claustrophobia and travel with light luggage as most of rooms seems really cramp to store the luggage and have fake window (can't see the sky outside the building).

It ' s good enough. The staff are friendly. The food was okay depends to the chef. However, needs to put more attention to room cleanliness especially in a bathroom since I had the mold stained curtain shower. Keep improving.

The staff really nice, especially the one who escort me to the lobby, since I am alone they help to carry my stuff. And the receptionist also guided me to my room. It ' s just made my day. The room is okay for one night place to stay since my flight get cancelled.
