I seldom comment a bad thing but this I should raise up. Smelly pillow, I can't sleep because of smell, I put my tshirt on top of pillow to avoid smell. Toilet so dirty. Understand that price cheaper, but doesn't mean you can keep unclean room. I take other hotel in kuta, almost same price"surfer beachfront". Very clean.

bed was bad, smell of sweat, pillows were just as bad or even worse, noise late at night by people talking on phone or with others

This is the best choice when youโre on budget travelling. Clean, comfortable and the staff were nice. The room and amenities exceeded my expectations considering the cheap price. Great location, close to Mataram Mall, food stalls and other shops. Worth it!

Cheap hotel with cheap service, building and room ages, owner has a bad attitude and very rude. Money oriented with how he treat guest who stay and pay more could do everything. When other guest complaints about it. He avoid to listen and kick the guest who only stay for 3 nights out from the hotel in the middle of the night. Screaming and yelling to the guest in front of his "house" by using very unpolite words. Do not stay there if you only want to give him 2 nights revenue, he will treat you like nothing. A lot of good and better hotel than his house around Cakra area. Very shame of people who play in this industry with style like him. No wonder, his house looks like no guest and room rate is cheap as like as his service and attitude.
