The staffs were friendly but the villa need to have more amenities. Too many mosquitoes, the water heater didn't work and no proper internet in the room.

We have checked your reservation and during your stay there was jacuzzi issued.
Upon receiving your complaint, my team reacted immediately to rectify the problem and my Engineering found the presence of water that exceeds the capacity which was making the automatically pump is turn off

Amazing villa. Nice price. Friendly staff. Affordable. Could be nice if provide more mineral water with more than 1 bottle, so we don't need to frequently refill and fix the AC to be cooler. But it 's OK no issue 👌🏻.

Disappointed, bad villas, can't sleep here, very bad management. Cons: 1. The Air Conditioner is not cool enough, it just like a fan than an Air conditioner. 2. Water heater not working at first, but after I call the operator they fixed it. Please be prepare check the panels etc. Checking the panels should be before we come right? 3. So many bugs outside and inside (I know Indonesia is tropical country, but please make your guest comfortable in the bedroom because we found one on the bedroom but two on the outside is fine for me I understand that) 4. The pillow as hard as rock. 5. We can't use the AC on the eating room (they plugged out the cables) 6. The house keeping come into your room without your permission in behalf of checked the electricity 😒. Pros: 1. The assistant is friendly, but not the management. The assistant help us a lot but they can't do many things.

To each of your complaints, our competent team went quickly to your villa in order to solve the reported issue.
As the matter of fact, the water heater did not present any disfunction. On your first night, because you used its entire capacity, you needed to let it recharge .
Regarding the air conditioning, our team couldn't find any abnormality despite your several complains. We are sorry our AC does not have motion sensor that enable cold air to follow you as you requested.
Please know that your situation was an exception. As you can see on others reviews, we are taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers.
