The staff was very helpful when I asked to upgrade my room from standard to deluxe (since I need a smoking room on the high floor). The room was clean and comfy. Always my 1st choice. Keep up π.

We like the spacious lobby, the music all around hotel was nice (we prefer the sound to be a little bit softer). We got 2 bottles of drinking water daily, the room was spacious, the AC worked well, enough lighting, plenty of hot water, we always got a spot in the parking lot, the location was near from the downtown. We had dinner once at the restaurant, we ordered fried rice, spaghetti bolognaise, and wedang jahe, it was tasty. Everytime we need something, the housekeeping would come as soon as possible, which is great. Our βnewβ towel was stained but it was quickly replaced with a clean one, I think the bathroom set up is a bit faulty that water leaking out from the shower area to the toilet area, we put one bathroom mat in such a way to prevent water leakage and asked for another bathroom mat to actually dry our feet.
