Under trained staff, got wrong room, and it was the worse one. Overall is good. The room is clean, cozy bed, and good vibes. The breakfast not so bad, but not great. the parking space is quite not friendly if you bring a motorcycle.

Not satisfying enough but okay. I'd a very quick time to visit Malang, and choose this place to stay for one night. The place is really nice and pretty with a little flowery space in the middle of the building. The unsatisfying thing is, I'd booked from application and payed (one day before), and when I came to the TS Casa 16 the room isn't available just because the crew didn't check the application page or so. I'd check in at around 09.30 pm just because a very long-term traffic and I'd make a call to the Mr. Yoses (available contact person) and he said that I just came to the place and the room already placed, sorry not sorry when I came the receptionist said "there's no reservation room for my name'. It's really sucks. After waited for maybe around 20-30 minutes. They give me the deluxe room (just like I reserved and said it supposed to be for the other visitor) isn't polite tho' and I said to the receptionist "I didn't want to take somebody's room, I just want just like I reserved before", and they said the other visitor will be placing into another room or so. Just for noted, maybe next time you better check all of the reservations, just in case this things didn't happened into another visitor. Thank you.

When I got there it was pretty late, around 8.30 at night. The was only 1 staff available. I ordered the smallest room they have, and boy it was tiny 😂 I didn't expect it to be that small to be honest. But it was enough for 1 person, the room was clean and fresh, they provided hot water, a bottle of water, liquid soap, and 2 towels as mentioned. too bad the bed sheet was not neat and stained here and there, and there's only one electric plug available. My advice, if you are booking for 2, do not book the smallest one (8 sqm). Overall it was all nice. I had enough sleep for 2 nights, and definitely will come back if i'm travelling solo/on a budget.

The waiting room is nice, cozy and photogenic. Got wifi signal but no connection. They don't give me tooth paste and brush. There is only one electric plug. The desk is almost useless. Bathroom is ok, but got spider webs. Maybe I expect too much? Well yeah its only 400k idr for 3 nights tho. Overall good place for you who want to press budget

Clean room, in room bathroom is nice but there is spider web, and sometimes the soap is run out. So we have to refill it by ourselves. But in general, they have good services and clean room.

Staying at this place is very satisfying. I got the corner room as I requested. The bed is comfortable. TV also working well. Room space is small as mentioned in the description, suitable for one person. The area is quiet and nice, close to mini market. But one thing should be improved is pest control. I got 1 cockroach in my bedroom and 2 in my bathroom.

I had a great time in here, with a beautiful place indeed. Very enjoyable placeand satisfying too. Cheap place with the great atmosphere for staying.
