I will not stay here again. The room was very humid, the hot water was not working correctly, and the room beside me was deafening at night, yet I knew no one there. It was very creepy.

The toilet of the room I stayed is full of bad odor. I complained to the staff but the response is just that "the room is like that". No compensation, no room changing. Not recommended

There should be options between awesome and unsatisfactory! It was a mixed bag of good and can-be-improved. 1. The front desk staff could not find my reservation just on my name, nor dates alone but insisted on my providing the reservation number. This caused unnecessary delays as I had to scroll through all my mails. 2. While located right next to a busy road, the room I was given was well Insulated, and I could hardly hear the traffic. 3. The breakfast provided was basic: rice+veggies+noodles (yes, curious mix); and 1 small piece of fried chicken. 4. My flight was in the late afternoon, and I had requested extra time of 2 hours after the check out of noon. I was told I had to pay an extra 850,000 RP, so no concessions there. 5. Apart from all these little annoying incidents, the front desk staff were warm, friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here, but knowing full well the limitations.

It was dirty, the sheet seems like it is not cleaned for a while same goes for the bathroom. The bathroom was smelly and very dirty. The location is very unstrategic, not close to minimart or anything.
