Luxury Hotels in Mataram, Indonesia

Dated hotel and not clean, we had a salamander in our room. Outside a big restaurant and watched football all nights. We couldn't sleep.

Quite old hotel, need renovation.

Everything was good in this hotel. All the staffs is polite, have a good attitude. This hotel has the best hospitality.

Hotel generaly good for that prices, staff are good, the room was not to bad, ac were not cool, washbowl were blocked, remote TV can't turn off and Lots of ants on the room table.

Its hotel so very recomended, frendly staff & delicous food.

Unfortunately we only had one night to stop here. From the check in to check out service was very easy with a warm welcome from the front desk, the cleanliness of the room & hotel in general was spotless, the location is very strategic in the middle of the city with a beautiful garden that makes it more attractive/refreshing in the heat of the day. However on certain days or holiday seasons it can be crowded with local guests aboard buses, which you will need to organise your breakfast service hours in advance. I can only recommend this hotel and it is very reasonable for the money you pay per night.

The Executive suite is a great choice for luxury at the price point I stayed at. The room is twice the size of a regular one and has a better view of the city skyline.
