Check in Malam dan dapat Kamar yg AC kagak dingin. Komplen ke Room Sevice dan langsung ditangani dengan mengganti Kamar yg lebih baik. Salut dengan penanganannya.

Had to ask for towels, the tissue was not refilled, room smelled a bit musty the first time we enter. Sprinkler was leaking, hot shower didn't work.

The room was dirty and not well maintained. There were watermarks on the bathroom tiles, topped with rusty shower, and clogged bathroom sink:) The sheets has stains on it, and the color was not white. (more like grayish white) the size is pretty small considering the price and the breakfast is only a mid ricebowl. Definitely not what you see at tiktok. The room has a TV with so little channels we didn't even want to watch it. The other rooms were noisy the whole night and they have really minimal noise damping. There were people fighting in the middle of the night, not the kind of hotel to actually have a nice rest.

The hotel is actually looks good, but it was very dirty. Some spot in the room especially toilet was look terrible with some mold and lichen. I found some maggot or larva under the sink. Bad experience.
