I kind of expected that I would have a good experience staying here. Unfortunately, the room is pretty small, no window at all, and I had to ask the receptionist to give me the water, toiletries, and towels. The only good thing about this hotel is the bed and the strategic location.

It was so loud in my room because of the sound of karaoke next to the hotel. Can't sleep until 1am in the morning. Please do something about that room, it's the room next to the lift. There was a lot of small thin hair on the bed linen. Also the bed linen and cover have lots of stain. Location is strategic, food was good.
