Kamarnya sempit banget, untuk buka travel bag ukuran 24" juga cuma bisa separo, tapi selain itu semua oke. Kasur dan bantal super empuk dan lembut, aku kasih nilai 100/10. Staff ramah dan helpful. Di sekitar Hotel banyak sekali restaurant atau tenant makanan, jadi ga akan kelaparan. Posisi hotel agak jauh dari Stasiun Kalayang T1. Sabun dan shampoo disediain dalam dispenser dan banyak busanya, jadi ga perlu bawa sabun/shampoo sendiri. Ga disediakan breakfast. Akan jadi Hotel langganan saya untuk menginap di Bandara.

Already 2 times stay here for transit flight. Always satisfied. Clean property, quite (you can rest proper before transit flight). It will be great if the property have small restaurant or collaborate with near restaurant. Quite hard find open restaurant above 10 pm.

Kamar nya Oke, tpi gak ada lift sehingga susah ketika bawa koper gede dan petugas hotel sedikit jdi agak lama untuk bantuin bawa kopernya.

Staff Ramah, banyak opsi makanan di sekitar dan pas di samping terminal kedatangan. Minus AC yang tidak bisa diatur karena AC sentral bandara dan Wifi yang biasa saja cenderung lambat. Overall oke.

Room was very clean and adequate. Amenities were complete. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here to catch an early morning flight.

The location is in the second floor, there is always hotel staff stay outside to help carry your luggage because there is no lift to go to second floor. Good experience, I arrived from international flight in the Terminal 3 to get to the hotel there is free bus or you can use the bus with 5000rupiah use your card because is cashless, by online car also can but its expensive ofcourse. Easy to find the place and good to stay. Thanks for the experience

Dear management D'prima hotel, In the room very Smel and dirty, there is cockroach in tolitet. Bad and Pillow not clean (dirty, Smel) not recommendation. Security hotel * Unfriendly/arogan * (songong/ditanya baik² malah ketus). Receptionist night shift unfriendly/frown, not good. Note: you're employe ' s his name security Sugeng Supriyono. Coach and warning you're security and receptionist. Very² bad.
