Starting from the check-in process which took 40-minutes because you had to be picked up by a golf car, of which there was only 1. We waited at the parking area. Room service also took a long time and the food that arrived was also packaged like ordered online. The TV is not connected to the internet. And no sleeping blanket for extra bed. In the middle of night there was a school attendance event and it really disturbed rest time. The check out process also took a long time. The breakfast menu provided not varied and not tasty.

Resort yang recommended, staf dan petugasnya sangat ramah, banyak spot foto yang instagramable, kolam renang bersih dan ada penyewaan sepeda dan ATV. Kalau sarapan pagi menu standar tp worth it lah, yang pasti karena tempat dan suasana bagus belum cek out sudah booking lagi di bln berikutnya😄

Bikin betah anak2 ga mau pulang, tapi pas pertama datang kayaknya kamarnya ga di cek dgn teliti ya. Karna shampo habis, dan telp kamar tidak berfungsi. Jadi susah untuk menghubungi house keeping nya. Mau kemana2 jg susah karna ga bisa hub resepsionisnya untuk panggil Buggy. Karna klo mau kemana2 jalan kaki lumayan apalagi ke resto nya karna lagi hamil jg hehe. Tolong ditingkatkan lagi ya fasilitas kamarnya👍 btw kita di kamar lady lily😍

Staffnya gercep, walau resort baru dan masih dalam tahap pembangunan bagian belakang tp lumayan nyaman buat dinikmati. Interior kamar lucu, bersih, ac dingin. Cuma kamarmandi airnya menggenang kl abs mandi. Yang paling seru kolam ikannya banyak banget, aquaparknya oke walau rada kotor dan berlumut. Next kesini kalau udah rampung jadi lebih bersih dan indah.

Sarapan sangat tidak variatif, untuk diresto nya ayam goreng nya tidak fresh (angetan) pelayanan resto lama. Kolam renang anak airnya kotor lumutan. Jaringan wifi tidak stabil.
