I took reviews very seriously to decide whether to stay at certain place or not. Overall this guest house's is good, but maybe not this time. Unfortunately, the guest house was under renovation when I booked here for 2 nights stay. The place was just so sad. They're probably shouldnt be open until the renovation is done. Its nothing like what people have said in this reviews and description Maybe app too, need to improve "how they present reviews". Because apparently, it shows reviews from too long ago. My experience was so bad, that I decided to cancel my day 2 booking. App and the guest house,has been very cooperative, they did refund my money for the next night. Well, its so sad because I found an "Kaki Seribu" insects in the bathroom, and the room was smelly and not prep to be sleep on. Maybe next time this guest house can be better

The toilet door lock is nonexistent. According to the maintenance man it has been that way for many years. The room has no cupboard, no shelf, no where to hang clothes except behind the door. For a room for two people. When we requested for extra hangers (they only provide two) their reply was they had already provided hangers. Non of the channels on the TV are viewable. There is a light right outside the door, and even when all the lights in the room are off the room is still very bright. Tinting the glass above the door would help greatly. But since the toilet door lock was never repaired, I wonder.

this hotel have a good location, but their room are unsatisfying. the bed was dampened and have a slightly smell like smoke. the water makes my skin itch. still for a cheap price its make sense tho.
