Stay in Meranti type, 28-30 December 2023, 2 nights. Per night 1,140,000. The price and experience gained from staying at this place is simply not worth it! In short, this is the worst experience of my life staying at an inn: 1. The receptionist is not on standby so you have to contact WA/cellphone number. Even then the service is not responsive. 2. The accommodation is old, the interior is rickety, the furniture is dusty, overall it is not clean. 3. At 5 in the morning the water didn't come out at all. The room telephone does not work to call the receptionist. Tried WA and called the inn's cell phone number, no response at all. 4. For the Meranti type, far from the reception and also the car park. Access is difficult because you have to climb quite high stairs. 5. Based on information, breakfast was delivered to the room at 7 o'clock. The first day of stay, it was delivered at less than 8 o'clock. The second day, there was no news at all until I had to contact WA several times, finally at half past 9 I got breakfast (for the Meranti type, it's very far to walk to the reception). 6. The room had rats running around. Leave food in the room, it will be gnawed by rats. Not only food, clothes will also be gnawed by rats! 7. Unreliable internet. This is my first and last time here, and highly not recommended!

Place is OK. Staff is nice. Close to any ciwideys pleasure.

It's a mistake to come on a weekend if you come as a family renting two rooms like we did. They had a group staying there & practically put us as their least welcome guests. Our rooms were not ready and we were informed to find dinner somewhere else as they were too busy to take care of the groups. They then let the group gather, smoke right in front of our rooms freely. The group then moved two benches, which were for us to sit, meaning we couldn't sit outside our own rooms. The staff also didn't care much about health protocol, wearing no mask while bringing in our breakfast the next morning. But, hey, the internet was good.
