Strategic location, on the main road of Batu. It has traditional theme. I can park in front of my room. It also has a lot of facilities, such as swimming pool for children and adult, playground, and sports field. The breakfast was served good. Love it.

Bangunan hotelnya bagus banget, bersejarah & sangat estetik. Dekat dengan restoran (tinggal nyeberang), indomaret, pusat oleh2 dan tidak terlalu jauh ke tempat wisata. Fasilitas banyak banget. Banyak spot foto. Overall puas nginep di sini. Fully rekomended kalo ke Batu๐

First Impression was very bad, the room was not what we expect and the request was not in placed. The room looked very old fashioned and smell very bad. We found big live cockroach in our room and big fat flies. We have to moved our room 4 times as we could not enjoyed ourself due to the room was still dirty (left over trash) from previous guests. The experience was the worst. We asked a towel from the staff for my kid and they forced to signed before getting the towel. It has to be aggregated without the towel given even though we have signed the paper. Finally we left and went to our room without having the towel as they said the towel stock was not there. What kind of hospitality is this? Why they pushed to sign the paper if they could not provide the towel. We addressed our concern to front office and the moved us 3 times. We were so tired and disappointed. Finally I was able to talked to their Manager on duty which they declined before. The manager did apologized and offered us their Family Suite room. I spoke to the Manager that we were not looking for compensations. We just want to enjoy ourself and get some rest. I spoke to him from 3pm until 11:30pm we could not rest at all because of this unprofessionally management and the hotel standards is so bad and this is the worst experience we have ever had. Please take a look your hotel standards and we believe that all guests would have their convenience to stay once they pick their hotel. Frankly Your hotel is 4 stars but it is worse than 2-3 starts hotel standards far beyond our expectations. During Breakfast the fruits were not fresh.

For the price that I paid, I personally think the facilities & service was below average. The receptionist are not answering calls from the room, and when it finally does, the service was so slow and disappointing. Most facilities were already old and poorly maintained, the shower is hard to adjust, the drawers are all stuck, and the air conditioner is not really cooling either. The provided amenities were dusty and very limited. What ' s even worse is that there is lizard in the room! Never in my life I paid a hotel room for such experience. Definitely not going to come back, everything is just below expectations ๐
