3 nights they never made the bed, cleaned the room or changed towels. Breakfast was white bread, cheap jam, cold noodles. Room was poorly maintained, had AC but an opening above the door allows mosquitoes in at night.

nobody speaks English! The room that they waned to give to us has the bathroom with the ceiling broken with mold. We ask to change the room and after one hour they give to us a room with air con broken!! Insisting it worked!!

I stayed at the hotel for one night while waiting for a trip to Raja Ampat. Made the reservation at the same day via online, however, the reservation did not get through in time. I asked for the non-smoking room, and got the smoking room. The room reeked with strong cigarette smells and very annoying. Room cleanliness was OK, but who knows what was in there. The bath towel was used and was not replaced from the previous guest. Towel's smell was bad from body odour and wet.
Breakfast was very bad and basic. The bread was out and empty when guests still want them. In general, the hotel is a sad little hotel with a good potential but being left out by the owner to decrepit.

Communication problem because of virtually no English although the staff were friendly and tried their best
Booking options don’t show that the Superior room has no window
The room we were given reeked of cigarettes
We paid more to get a Deluxe room (with a window). It was nice but given the price did not have warm water in the shower and the toilet was not clean

There is no breakfast on the thing on the purchase voucher on the Traveloka Site it says that the breakfast application is also not clean.
