Nice service overall, very helpful receptionist. Even the Fave hotel itself didn't have it's own swimming pool but we're allowed to access Aston's swimming pool through the connection bridge, the food's taste were good.

When cross-checking the reservation by phone before arrival to ensure the order was recorded and according to the request, the hotel staff served very friendly, as well as upon arrival and the check-in process. The room is quite spacious and clean. For breakfast combined at the Aston Hotel restaurant next to Fave Hotel, there is a connecting door to the Aston Hotel. The taste of the food at Aston is undeniable, there is a lot of variety and delicious. Will come back here, for my next visit to Madiun. Really worth the price.

If there are <50 guests, have breakfast together at Aston, but it's complicated, you have to go to the second floor first, enter via the connecting door to the Aston building, then go up again to the Aston buffet. When checking in, the wifi was an error, but it lasted a while, the hand soap in the sink was empty and I forgot to refill it, the partition between the shower room and the dry bathroom wasn't closed enough, so the water splashed onto the floor, there were no tissues in the room, in the middle of the night there were sounds of mice or whatever small things walking around on the roof, it was really noisy, but all the room requests in the application were fulfilled, thank you Fave & Aston, next time I'll be there again ❤️

If at Fave the room is sometimes not soundproof, now there is also a food stall downstairs near the parking lot, it's nice, cheap, and clean.
