Nice and clean rooms. But lack of employee so sometime requesting are a bit slow. Restaurant are not 24 hours but location of hotel is very convenient to the mall just opposite the hotel.

Bad pillows, uncomfortable bed, towels are already looking sad [old, need to be replaced]. Thin walls, so thin you could hear everything from phone vibrating next door to people brushing their teeth.

We have already done investigations and effective and efficient action has been taken, to avoid the same things happening in the near future. Those dirty rooms and showers were not properly working and the stain on the duvet cover is totally not our standard service and Products.
