We booked 3 rooms, one of the room was a little darker than others because the lights were broken. When we asked about it, the staff simply said that "lampunya nggak ada / there are no bulbs". I think they should have spare bulbs for this kind of situation. One room didn't have table to put our stuff, while the other had like 2 or 3 tables. One of the AC remote was broken (out of battery) and they didn't give any spare. They didn't even offer the wifi password. When I went down to receptionist to ask the wifi the staffs were already gone, the lights were off. Too bad that this hotel actually have great location in the middle of the city. They should invest more for the facilities.

spacious room. worth the price. food stalls are right in front of hotel. hotel manager (Bapak Epi) is very service oriented and very friendly. however, wake up call did not go as planned (i guess it was not communicated to the night shift personnel accordingly).

The rooms are clean, the service is friendly, and the location is that you know. In the Padang Raya market environment, like Jogja's Malioboro. Heheheh. Want to buy anything near. For overnight stays who want to shop, it's really good.

The hotel is clean. The waiters are friendly. What's better is that the workers are honest and kind. Yesterday I left my wallet behind, already c o, had gone a long way to get money and then realized that I didn't have my wallet, then we returned to the hotel. The wallet is kept at the reception by Mr. CS, who is good.

The price is very affordable, it's more economical to just order in the application, amazingly the room is very clean, white sheets, stay 2 days, sheets are also replaced, can have breakfast (take breakfast late instead it is delivered to the room) thank you Hotel Garuda, always successful and always busy.
