The comfort and quietness of the hotel are very poor.
The hotel is connected to the Zodiac discotheque, with thumping bass music from 10:00 PM to 12:00 PM, making it impossible to sleep. We complained to the front desk, but the discotheque continued, with the bass music playing at 2 to 3 beats per second, causing vibrations to be heard and felt in our room on the 6th floor. The discotheque wouldn't stop playing, and wouldn't allow for slower bass music.
This is my first time staying here, and encountering a hotel with a discotheque and loud music. It's not suitable for hotel guests looking for a place to rest. Please separate the discotheque from or move it from the hotel premises if the hotel wants to improve, create a quieter atmosphere, and avoid disturbing guests who are trying to rest.

Overall a pleasant experience although there is much room for improvement. Check-in was fast. The room was spacious and comfortable although the floor felt a bit dusty. The windows in the room were spacious but unfortunately dirty, should be cleaned regularly. The TV quality was good. A 4-star hotel but there was no staff standing by at the lobby door, there is a concierge desk but it was empty most of the day. The friendliness of the staff needs to be improved. The breakfast variety was not much and the taste was lacking. The lighting in the breakfast area and around the lobby should be improved as it felt a bit gloomy.

🌟 Hotel Karlita Purwokerto – Comfortable, Strategic, and Friendly Service!
Our two-night stay at the Karlita was truly enjoyable. The location is strategic, close to the city center, the station, and eateries. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a pretty good view of the city from the upper floors.
The staff was very friendly and prompt, from check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. Breakfast was varied and delicious, although some items could be improved.
Amenities such as the swimming pool and parking area are also adequate. It's suitable for both business trips and family vacations.

❌ Cons:
• Interior is a bit dated, but still clean and well-maintained
