Grand Mercure Solo Baru

Friendly staff, nice pool with towels provided, and adjacent to Park Mall. Okay.

A very memorable and enjoyable family vacation. The location is very strategic. For culinary and educational tours for children, I highly recommend staying at the Grand Mercure because of its strategic location. Special thanks for upgrading our room to a Junior Suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, but I think it could be improved and more varied, comparable to a 5-star hotel.

Overall this hotel is very good. Only 1, I stayed with my baby, and needed a baby bath, this hotel does not have a baby bath.. but I asked the hotel staff to find a room with a bath tub and I got it.. thank you hotel staff.. all are friendly and kind. Then secondly, when I entered the room, many amenities were incomplete.. I stayed with my wife and baby, there should have been 2 toothbrushes but only 1 was provided, then the shower gel was difficult to get out, it seems the bottle was broken, it means it was not checked, there was only 1 sleeper in the room.. for a 5 star class this should not have happened.. so and hopefully there can be improvements from the hotel.

Yesterday, I asked for a small cake to surprise my son on his birthday. The staff promptly helped, and it was free. Thank you for the fast and friendly service.

In general, it is quite good and should be maintained.

The hotel is nice, clean, the pillows are soft, the room is nice, thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly, check in and check out are easy, the facilities are appropriate, clean, neat, beautiful.

The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, clean, friendly service, recommended for other friends who want to stay in Solobaru.

The room was quite spacious and clean enough. The bathroom toilet leaked, so water always pooled on the floor. My first unpleasant experience was when I ordered food from outside. I left the order with the front security guard, who asked the office boy to deliver it to my room (my child was there, and I was busy), and I left a 20,000 IDR tip. When I returned to my room in the afternoon, I discovered that the lunch meal hadn't been delivered. Another time, my child picked up the order from the lobby (where the food was stored). It turned out to be in two separate bags, but only gave me one. I only realized it when I opened it in my room, so I had to go back to the lobby.

Service could have been better

The staff are all friendly. The food has a lot of variations and tastes good. The price of children's breakfast is 70 thousand. The location is next to Park Mall. The room is brightly lit.

halo...saya pernah menginap disini beberapa kali (bahkan sebelum beruhah management).. tapi maaf kali ini momen yg buat kel saya sedikit kecewa adalah shampoo dan sabun yg tersedia ternyata berbau (maaf kalau anak saya blg bau busuk ). dan lama sekali datangnya sampai anak saya selesai mandi belum datang juga.. waktu saya komplain ditanggapi dgn baik oleh resepsionis tp ditunggu 15 menit tdk ada org yg datang.akhirnya saya telp lagi baru sampai ,entah mungkin krn lagi masa liburan.masalah lainnya adalah liftnya lama krn mungkin 22 lantai dan pas lagi musim liburan. masalah lainnya kondisi dudukan showernya ternyata sdh goyang jadi air nya membasahi lantai karena terlalu kencang .mohon di cek kembali dan diperbaiki untuk hotel sekelas mercure harua bisa lebih baik. untungnya ranjangnya ok jadi bisa tidur dgn nyenyak. utk makanan saya tdk ambil yg with breakfast jadi tdk saya review. satu lagi untuk parkiran di b2 pas belokan gelap dan tdk tertata baik krn banyak barang2 kesannya bukan hotel bintang 5. terima kasih. semoga ditingkatkan dan dijaga kualitas nya.
