Romantic Vacation

Long story short, we move to another apartment room, the studio. The previous apartment room was not even prepared, the ac on the bedroom is not working, the bathroom door cannot be locked (the handle is missing too), some little roaches. The room is nice, the bedroom is separated from the living room. It has a nice vibe but it doesn't has a proper maintenance. One thing that is missing from the studio room is drinking water. That's it.

The room was cleaned by a cockroach nest, baygon used up 2 bottles, there were still cockroaches, Really disgusting, just stay in the room given from the grand property agent, not professional!

The room does not match the photo, the place seems dirty, we wait more than 2 hours to get the room key, and it turns out the room we ordered has been filled by someone else so that we move and look for rooms in other towers that seem dirty, There is no drinking water, far from the fire. Very disappointed.

Dirty, not cold, many insects, the mattress was not clean, there were cockroaches in the cupboard, no towels, the TV channels were ants.
