We have a great experience at this hotel because hotel staff giving a birthday surprise for my 7yo son, it such a lovely moment. The room is so cozy and clean, nice pool with nice view to the city, all staff is soo humble full of smile and helping to all guests. We also entertained by clown when having breakfast so the kids is very excited and we can rides a bicycle to enjoy the day. Keep up the good work and hospitality, Grand Zuri. We will definitely come again soon!

Always happy and enjoying to stay here, there 's nobody when I swim at 6am, feels like my own home, staff is polite and nice, towel in the room is still new and very clean, will come back again next time, thank you traveloka.

The best 4 star hotel experience so far. Clean room, clean sheets, friendly, even though the flush knob is broken and the shower head is losing couples rubber nozzle. Overall it is a great stay.

1St time staying here, a nice well maintained hotel although it ' s quite old, area is nice along the old Gading area. There ' s a mall walking distance (teraskota) if you just want to take quick bite but not much to see. But if you want to go to more hype place, its only 10 mins by Grab or Gojek.

Request for the higher floor but then I got 3rd floor which is a smoking area and my room right in front of the pool area. Stranger sits infront of the room and the chat all night.
