1st of all, the hotel wasn't like in the pics.. side of the pool so many red ants, pool bench was so disgusting and torn. The worst part is the bath room, shower glass was broken and not cleaned. 2nd My door to the pool can't be locked because there's a broken key inside the door. 3rd I already requested for early check in, and the hotel said they didn't know it. They asked for more money for us to check in early ... with lower class room (we are booking for pool side room). 4th My sister was forgot to pack her mobile charger when we check out, they didn't save it in the lobby, or in the reception. In fact they just throw it away.. I don't know why, so in limited hours we go back to the hotel from airport because our flight delay to find it. They just couldn't find till last minute flight back to Jakarta. When we were back in the hotel, the maid or room girl just messing up with the huge garbage bin in front of the hotel and the small garbage inside the hotel, trying to find it. What a waist of time and money for the cab / transport from hotel to airport and backwards... It will be helpful if they keep it instead of throwing away, it can be easily send back to us to the airport by Go-jek.

No restaurant and too late breakfast. I check out at 7.50 AM and before I ask to reservation and they say not yet ready breakfast.

They should pay more attention to swimming pool hygiene. It is a nice place but we are not going back in the future. Some suggestions, they need to replace their pillow, fix a clogged sink, and the noisy AC. So it is your choice after all.
