I really enjoy my stay at Horison Ultima Bekasi. Despite of booking only the standard room (Deluxe) in last minute, we could enjoy the spacious room, with large bed that is very comfortable - bed and pillows are 5-stars standard, it's really unusual if we relate to the room rate. The fragrance they maintained in the aisle is another thing I enjoy. While the pool is also one of the main attraction, with 3 different pools available, accommodating families in different ages. Ultimately the direct access to the mall is one of the key reason why we stay here.

Stay 4 days 3 nights. Finally feel real hospitality again. after several years of staying in several 4 star hotels where the employees tend to ignore guests and are not friendly.
but Horison Ultima Bekasi very warm welcome, big smile, eye contact, and show respect. their work is also effective and responsive. front office, barista, concierge and security guard make the lobby atmosphere very lively and pleasant. love your cappuccino!
at that time we arrived before dawn and we were treated very well and flexibly.
after dawn prayers in the prayer room on the 3rd floor
we were even given towels to be able to take a shower in the changing room swimming pool area.
public area furniture is well maintained and clean. for the carpet maybe it's time for deep cleaning, too many stains that are difficult to clean. so the hallway and room look a little dull.
the swimming pool water is comfortable and doesn't make your eyes sore.
Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
Service is something that is very competitive at this time, even though the hotel is old this is the best for value for money !! Definitely will come back.

really happy to staycatoon here In addition to friendly service & very helpful when checking in, the cleanliness + tidiness of the room & in the entire hotel area is very well maintained. The hotel is very strategic. Close to the station. Finding food is also easy because it is close to the mall. The breakfast is varied and very delicious. The price is really worth it because there is a bathtub facility and the view can see LRT and Woosh.

We have stayed at Horison twice because the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Nando who was prompt when checking in. The hotel atmosphere is really good because it is close to the mall... The swimming pool is suitable for children. Basically, the Horison hotel is highly recommended and we will return to stay at Horison.

The receptionist did not register the car's police number when we checked in, so we had difficulty getting out. The officer informed us that our car's police number had not been registered, while the parking lot exit was very far from the hotel lobby. We had to go back and forth to the lobby
