The lobby/front office to check in location is too far away from the room, we need using main road to access it by walk, no help from the staffs to carry my luggage. The hotel should consider create alternative access or move the front. The room is big but really need renovation. The toilet is bad. There is a few choice for breakfast. The location is perfect.

The top of the room door is not tight & cannot be closed (must be locked), mosquitoes enter. The bathroom is okay, only the sink is small, the pillows and covers don't smell good (smell a bit). Hopefully in the future it can be even better. Thanks.

For the size of the spacious room, the breakfast is also good, but sorry for the 2x stay there, the room sheets were only tidied up and not replaced, even though I had requested and had chosen a better room than before, lots of dirt marks on the sheets, water in the bathroom too smells and makes itchy on the body, please fix it in the future, because for the location, the food is okay.

the sheets are dirty, the bathroom is not clean, the towels smell so bad ... the room is stuffy ... but well, the overall is so so

Not satisfactory with inappropriate hotel services. The room also smells musty like the interior is not maintained, there are also many that are not feasible
