The smell of the bathroom was not good. They didn't give the bathroom mat and the hot shower doesn't work. Pool need to be cleaned up. And the breakfast is not worth the price. I booked for 3 nights but I didn't satisfy and ended up left the hotel at the 2nd night

Pretty quiet, clean. And unfortunately since Covid the visitors have dropped. Hopefully it will be busy again.

The staff was friendly, the service was good, just by chance the hot water in the room I was staying in didn't work, so that made me less satisfied.

The room is spacious, the bathroom is okay even though there is a little crust in the shower. The ala carte breakfast food (fried noodles, fried rice, vermicelli, kwetiaw) is quite tasty because it is freshly cooked. There's toast too, mineral water and warm tea too. The pool and toilet in the lobby is not clean. The staff are very helpful and very friendly.
