The bed are smell bad and there are something sharp come out from the mattress. We don't know what is that, maybe the spring.

Worst hotel ever. Angry and impatient receptions. As receptionis but don't know much about the hotel for example hotel email, how to check reservations, I have to wait an hour newer, even then I helped check the order on his computer (slow computer). Even after I showed proof of order in his email he was still confused and could not make a decision and had to contact his boss (who is hard to reach). Hotels that have receptions that don't know how to handle guests properly. Guest rooms have air conditioners that are not cold, there are no tv available, even toiletries and towels are not given to guess. This hotel really doesn't meet expectations.

AC was broken, room was moldy and stunk. Twice we were woken up before 8 am by loud knocking on the door. Once was because they thought we had a breakfast, when we didn't. I didn't answer the door the next time. Would never stay here again.

This hotel shouldn't be operating anymore, it's not clean, it doesn't match the information in the photo, the AC is off, the toilet isn't clean, there aren't any towels, the reason is too unclear, the service isn't friendly. You booked three nights but because you weren't comfortable, you decided on just one night.
