Checked in late at night because of a business trip, overall it was quite good except for the breakfast and the restaurant space. The hot food was all gone and not refilled. The Gandul rice had no filling even though this is a typical Pati menu, there was no bread either. So I'm confused about how to review the food

For room cleanliness needs to be improved because there are some areas that are dusty, the sheets smell musty and for breakfast maybe the variety can be added especially in Pati there are some typical foods so it needs to be included in the menu variation because hotels in several other areas that I have visited definitely have typical regional foods on their breakfast menu

The only most comfortable hotel in Pati. The staff is friendly, the price is affordable according to the facilities. There are other facilities such as a coffee shop with a citylight viewing concept and there is also a masterpiece karaoke here. Overall, it's top.

The restaurant capacity does not accommodate guests during high season, many guests are standing and cannot get a seat for breakfast. The restaurant room is very small because it is not prepared for the high season moment.

Definitely could be better. I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights in a Superior Single Bed room. The check-in process was smooth and the reception staff were quite friendly. As soon as I went up to my floor, the hallway was very dark (?) and it seemed like there were no guests staying on that floor (even though besides me, there were other guests who checked in and stayed on the same floor). Then as soon as I entered the room, at first it was nice, but as soon as I tried to sleep on the bed, the sheets didn't seem to have been changed (?) because my body was a bit itchy and I tried to take a shower straight away, but it turned out that the shower head was mossy/crusty. And when I wanted to work, the internet connection was very slow and often disconnected.
