The mirror is broken and still installed, every hour there is a strange sound (on the 3rd floor). Around 1 pm the lights go out.

Need to be repaint, some floor to be pop up, water faucet in wastafel to be replaced, floor carpet already old. All staff polite and friendly.

Broken door, broken phone, dirty toilet, dirty pool, not a"prasmanant"breakfast, dirty pillow, dirty wall. Not recommended to stay here! The good thing is only they have kind services.

Worth the price, this hotel still left some it 's 5 starts magic. Need to do more maintanance or even revamp some area like the furniture, TV, bathroom and carpet.

I don't think this hotel fits the requirements of a 5 stars hotel. The furniture is old, the chairs and sofa are poorly maintained, but that's not the problem, mostly the lack of facilities and service that bother me. There's no mat for the bathroom floor, they don't provide iron, no soaps, or shampoo, the staff doesn't seem to have the mannerism and professionalism of 5-star hotel staff. I asked for a hairdryer, the security delivered it for me. I asked for mukena and sajada because I forgot mine they said to go to the Mushola. The room is spacious and the location is good, that's the only thing I am happy about this hotel. As for the price, it was pretty cheap but at first, I assumed it was because of the pandemic that forces the hotel to lower the price. Overall I'm not happy at all here. If it wasn't labeled as 5 stars I can understand, but I chose this hotel because I trust the certification. Someone needs to re-review the certification of this hotel.

Old hotel, reduced facilities, broken furniture, smelly room, old towels, dirty carpet and so on. Obviously need huge renovations. Already paid for a couple days but we decided to checked out early and not willing spend 1 more night or coming back until they really back in business. We wish Sahid Jaya Solo had the power to compete with the other hotels.
