That was my third or fourth time staying at this hotel, everything was always great. This time however, I made mistake when requesting two connected rooms without mentioning that they should be non smoking rooms as well, because I traveled with my wife and daughters. So we got two connected smoking rooms. Hoping and wishing the hotel staff thought that if someone requested two connected rooms, he might be traveling with family and should be provided non smoking rooms, but it didn't happen. Most of all, everything was always fine, especially the hospitality of all staff, thanks

Exceed my expectations! The room has been updated to new design but the TV is too small for room this big. Overall its great transit hotel, I recommend if you want to stay 1 night here.

Good hotel, very strategic location and one block from the mall. The rooms are quite spacious, the breakfast menu provided is quite delicious. Next you can stay there again for a few days.

Kurang worth it dengan harga yg dibayarkan. Fasilitas kamar kurang sesuai. Beli paket yg breakfast (saya kesiangan call jam 10 infonya udah close) tapi gak ada reminder. Tidak menyalahkan juga karna kesalahan dari saya, tapi at least dari pihak hotel kasih kompensasi apa gitu. Kalau ditanya akan stay disini lagi, saya gak akan balik kesini, better cari another option aja.

The rooms are nice, quite big and clean. Breakfast also good with a lot of varian foods. Staffs are friendly and helpful too. But parking space are limited because connecting to the mall. Overall we were enjoyed staying at this hotel. Thank you Santika Hotel.
