Hotel Santika is always my favourite. The price is reasonable and the facilities also good. The best thing from the hotel is the breakfast. They have variety breakfast style that you might like, such as western style or indonesian style. And as their signature, they always have the indonesian traditional snacks.

Room is small, completely different compared to the image that is shown in apps, moldy walls, the bedsheet looks old, the towel also looks old. The bathroom was also unmaintained, the breakfast awful.

Face towel dirty. Bathroom not clean enough. Hospitality really not helpful (except when I put the bag at the lobby after check out). The crew didn't help me carry the big bag, didn't open the door. Only open the balcony door. Food is already out of stock before closing. After curious for a few years with this place, I definitely won't come back:).

There ' s so many cockroach in room, literally cannot sleep cause of this. Blessing for them having directly access to mall nearby. Realize the date was high season, number of staff so limited to serve customer, especially at their restaurant. Still charge for additional guest yet feel invaluable cause of there ' s no space, limited food availability.

Room is small and run-down. Spotted cockroaches in room and hallway too. Breakfast spread is OK but more suited to local.

There were live cockroaches running in the room and even in the dining area, pretty run down building, wasn't expecting such a bad experience from a brand like Santika.

Disappointed with this hotel, what I know Santika Hotels & Resorts very clean and tidy. But this hotel unsatisfied with interior and cleanliness. Breakfast a lot of variants, but the taste was poor. Never back again to this hotel with that price.
