Thank you for hospitality from all hotel staff especially for Mr. Rizal with a great welcome at check in at reception desk. Room was clean and comfort, yesterday TV 1 of our room was broken and got replaced. Hope the hotel could maintain the good services and facility.

Over all santika is the best. From the staff friendly, even the security, room hotel very clean, comfort. Food? Santika is the best, taste good, so many choice food there for breakfast. Very recommended, see you again Santika. Thank you for your served.
