The TV cannot be used, the room smells bad, the bathtub is rusty and the food is not good.

The hotel is old but if you want to find the bathtub facilities, yes, in this hotel. For other facilities, yes the standard hotel that has long operated.

For the size of a family-era hotel, it's outdated, the air conditioner is not cold, the TV tube is not clear when yesterday the room near the router became a strong WiFi signal, but if it's a bit far it's hard to connect. Overall not bad but not so good, a little overpriced imho.
