Clean, comfortable, okay facilities, parking is quite narrow for the size of a large car, there are lots of culinary access around the hotel.

Eat well, pasta, marrow porridge, vegetable teput, fried rice, white rice, fish, sapo tofu, kwetiau, crackers, white bread, waffles, fruit, fruit salad, pudding, water, coffee, tea,. The room is clean (but the door is difficult to open, the door bolt wants to come off room 520 & 522).

The room is comfortable, only one is not safe, on the balcony it is not safe for children, it can slip on the bars

Staying in a superior twin with a balcony so far has been fine, but only 1 set of toiletries, breakfast tastes pretty good and is quite varied. There is a swimming pool for children, only the rinse bathroom is not clean.

The receptionist is not friendly. Then I don't like the smell of the hotel. Because it smells like lemongrass. Order a connecting room but it's not there, full. And the air conditioner is not cold enough, but the information to the hotel is immediately followed up. The swimming pool is not clean. The food overall is okay. Thank you. The bathroom exhaust doesn't work.

The hot water is very dim, not smooth. There is no drinking water in the room like a bottle. The receptionist was slow, pol, people in the rain were told to queue to check in for 1 person, it took really long. The phone doesn't work, so if you need it, you have to go down to the lobby. The TV channels are all blurry, badly not clear. Employees seem to be indifferent to our simple requests, they only ask for the leaked oil seal, they don't respond. This type of hotel is what destroys hotels, the employees themselves do it, they dig their own unemployment holes but don't realize it.
