The AC didn't work, it was only informed at 15. The water for the toilet was dead, the manager couldn't contact him, so he had to move to another hotel.

The service is okay, friendly, the explanation is clear. The room is spacious, the AC is not cold, there is no AC remote, there is no trash can, the hot and cold taps work well, Thank you. Hopefully next time to Padang again, Kinol will be better.

Not really. The AC was off, the TV was also off, the bathroom couldn't get hot water and I had only checked in for 2 hours and then immediately checked out because it wasn't really comfortable.

The TV is there but it doesn't turn on, then when you ask for the AC remote, there's no automatic period to say which one is to take care of the manual AC, that's funny, the location is actually a food area.

Kamar mandi kurang bersih, remot AC tidak ada, tidak dingin, mungkin karena harga segitu. Salah satu jendela tidak terkunci, bahaya kalau bawa anak-anak, resepsionis kurang ramah, meskipun homestay tapi kalau resepsionisnya friendly bikin nyaman. Positifnya harga bersahabat untuk lokasi di pusat kota.

It's complicated, the room doesn't have a key, he said it was because the previous guest left him. So every time you want to enter the room, ask the FO to open the room. The rest is ok.

Saya terkunci dari jam 4.30 subuh di luar. Karena kamarnya tidak ada kunci, jadi kalau keluar kamar jangan dikunci. Biarkan terbuka sedikit. Jadi pada saat mau mandi subuh, lupa merapatkan dan terkunci. Penjaganya tidurnya tidak tahu. Teriak teriak memanggil, pada pukul 6 ada tamu keluar saya tanya penjaga dimana? Ditunjukan di kamar paling ujung, padahal saya sudah ketok ketok, terpaksa saya pakai handuk dan celana pendek saja, saya menginap dari tanggal 9-16, kejadian tanggal 11. Handuk tidak diganti ganti, minuman harian tersebut tidak diberi kalau tidak diminta, mungkin karena kamar bersama tingkat ada 4, jadi untuk 8 orang, yang paling murah 90 ribu per malam, itulah yang saya alami, jadi kalau saya datang dari luar harus dibantu petugas dengan master kunci pintu. Kasihan petugasnya, demikian pengalaman saya, untuk menjadi perhatian. Ada sekali pintu kamar mandi tengah malam terkunci. Jadi saya tidak bisa buang air kecil.

Foto yang ditampilkan mungkin foto beberapa tahun lalu, sudah tidak sesuai dengan kondisi sekarang. Kamar super lembab, dinding kumuh banyak sekali bocor, lantai vinyl banyak terkelupas mungkin karena bocoran dari dinding, bahkan ketika lantai diinjak banyak air yang keluar dari sela-sela vinyl. Super jorok, kotor dan tidak terawat! Tidak layak untuk ditinggali padahal lokasi sangat oke. Butuh banyak perbaikan.

Strategic location, spacious rooms, soft mattresses. There is no TV broadcast at all, so I can't watch it, the ac remote is also not there, the fried rice breakfast is a bit spicy.
