Very nice, comfort good facilities.

Old. And good swimming facilities for kids only.

Staffs are excellent! Old hotel but the ambience is still good.

Kamar luas dan bersih. Saya pesan kamar di type executive room tapi tidak ada slippers, tidak ada teko listrik, complimentary hanya 2 botol kecil air mineral. Yang lebih parahnya TV tidak ada sinyal. Sudah menghubungi front office dan petugas sigap, setelah di cek katanya stb berfungsi di lantai 1 dan 2. Tapi untuk yang di lantai 3 senua kamar tidak bisa siaran TV. Apa iya? Petugas berjanji melakukan pengecekan antena. Tapi sangat disayangkan sampai kami check out di pagi hari tidak ada perubahan tentang kualitas siaran TV nya.

Hotel staff (receptionis was bad attitude toward guest). Hotel management should improve the hotel staff attitude and how to be polite and how to have a good manner in hospitaly services.

The hotel is pretty good for a cheap budget, because my room at the corner on the second floor and in a dead-end, so it's a bit scary because it's pretty dark

Sumpah security nya baik banget dan super santun. Bikin tamu nyaman ga kaya hotel2 laiinya. Salah satu hal yg bikin aku balik terus ke hotel ini karna pelayanan securitynya.
