As far as I know, Novotel has an excellent image. Unfortunately, my experience during staycation at Novotel Tangerang, ruined the image. Here are the details: 1. I booked 3 rooms (for me & my family). We came there around 3PM, but the receptionist need some times to served us and he told that the rooms has been prepared. After several times, he came to us and gave the room access. Almost forgot, the receptionist wrote my name as"Mr.", while he copied my Identity, oh my God. 2. Since we stayed for 2 nights, the next day morning (Saturday), before we left rooms for breakfast, swim, gym, etc, we put the signs to clean up our room. We came back to the rooms around 1. 30pm, but they didn't clean the room yet. Because we're so tired, we need some nap, so we take off the Clean Signs. 3. I called hosekeeping line before we left for dinner, and I asked them to clean up 3 rooms"right now", because we already asked since morning, but they didn't come. 4. We back to our room after dinner, and the rooms already clean, but. In my room, they only gave 1 TOWEL, so I called the housekeeping line to asked 2 TOWELS. 5. My family room (the next room to mine), there was a wet duster/WIPER on the desk! And it really surprised us! How come they left it on the table! I hope my review will improve service for Novotel Tangerang. I had a lot of experience for staycation, but this is the WORST. Thanks. Ms. Agustin.
