Thank you for the hospitality, we really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is nice. While swimming, our child's sandals were left behind, then they were secured by the staff. During the stay felt safe and comfortable. Thank you SBL dago & the app. And also thank you very much for the anniversary surprise, we love it!

We went there for a company retreat which just nice that the Family Caravan provides 2 bedrooms and a living room that very useful for our private sessions. The Caravan is looking brand new, very clean, hot shower is available, the scenery is refreshing, and definitely the slanting outdoor lift is stunning with gorgeous view!

Actualy this resort located in good place, but can't maximized the room to get best view. I was stay here on weekday, breakfast was ala carte and not bad but need improve I think. Water heater was so slow, need waiting 5 min ON valve to get hot water, and hot water presure was too low. Wifi conn was not function, I don't know why so I used my data conn. Finally for the price I payed, I was not so satisfied.

Pleasant stay for us in this Villa -definitely will be back. Great view, quiet neighborhood, complete facility (TV, AC, kitchen set, fridge, water heater). We had people stay in the next villa playing music loudly, fortunately they lower the volume after we let the staff know. Other than that we have a really great time. Highly recommended.
