first impression with literoom is s**k, the receptionist not stay un their own place, and they rejected all the phone call. second the AC doesn't work properly it makes me upset, not recommended!

There was a cockroach in the master bedroom. No air conditioner in the other room. I only need 5 minutes to check the room and then I left. didn't use it. This is the worst experience ever!

there are no lights in the corridor, the air conditioner is blocked by the wall, the wifi is off during the stay, there are no kitchen lights, no kitchen exhaust

Family vacation
The service is good. The room is not bad. At first, we think it has its own main building. But then it is located within the Kemang view apartment room. The apartment is not maintained very well. Dark hall, water-leak, peeled off walls, etc. So it was not comfortable, especially for family vacation even though the receptionists are friendly.
